Automated Insurance Solutions signs UK deal with RoadHow

Claims automation specialists Automated Insurance Solutions (AIS) have announced a major partnership today with the new driving app and platform RoadHow. The RoadHow driver risk management app helps learner drivers to pass their test and insurance providers to digitally access a motorist’s driving ability for the first time, encouraging drivers to work in the app to help them to become safer and more aware on the road and to potentially save money on their insurance by using the data gleaned from the testing of their driving knowledge when pricing the driver’s policy.

AIS offers an online platform service, known as BAIL, which enables the Insurance, Fleet, and Claims Industries a quick and simple solution for creating and deploying intelligent automation across their claims and customer service operations.

BAIL is a no-code platform that allows organisations to build, test and instantly deploy digital automation solutions to meet their specific business needs.  In-house subject matter experts can design processes that automate repeatable expert tasks, including liability assessment and 24/7 digital customer contact.

Announcing the partnership, Ben Taylor, CEO of AIS said, “Over the last year we have been able to significantly expand and diversify the capabilities of our platform culminating in the release of an all-new version during 2021. Digital-first customer service is now playing an increasingly important role post-Covid and we are proud to be at the forefront of these developments”.

“The insurance claims industry is really starting to embrace ways in which it can work in collaboration with providers of complementary products and services to offer customers more than just a claims service when the worst happens. We are excited to be working in collaboration with RoadHow to help enhance the consumer value proposition of motor insurance policies.”

Adrian Ryan, CEO of RoadHow said, “We are delighted to be working in partnership with the AIS team, as we see great opportunity and synergy to bring new data and technological change to the insurance industry. We believe this is imperative in today’s ever changing digital landscape. RoadHow’s unique driver knowledge scoring and rating engine, combined with our Augmented Reality claims assessment platform and fully automated Telematics Driver Intervention System offer exciting opportunities to the market.”
